Welcome to the web site of Madelaine Georgette, a figurative artist working primarily in oils, mixed media and clay.

Her gallery work includes intensely colorful portraits, landscapes, and contemporary representational paintings of her native South Africa.

The Special Exhibitions section focuses on conveying, through art, the recent findings of South Africa's Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC),  which dealt with crimes committed under Apartheid.
